Turning dreams, expectations and tastes into reality

The room is well lit, thanks to the large windows that offer a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The furniture is contemporary and minimalist, with neutral tones that amplify the feeling of space and light. The cream-coloured corner sofa, Asolo by Flexform, is accompanied by a matching ottoman, inviting and comfortable, facing a modern low sideboard, Self Bond by Rimadesiol, above which sits a flat-screen television. The dining area features green fabric chairs, Devon by Molteni&C, which add a touch of colour, while decorative elements such as vases and plants add vitality to the room.

The oval coffee table in the centre of the room is a modern design element that matches the simplicity and functionality of the other furniture items.

The large window provides an enchanting panoramic view of the lake landscape, a detail that certainly enhances the experience of living in this room. The ceiling fitted with spotlights, Flos, offers an even distribution of light that accentuates the warm and welcoming atmosphere. This perspective offers further confirmation of how the interior design and the wonderful view outside complement each other in a harmonious balance.

Attention to detail is evident in the careful use of lighting and accessories. A pendant lamp, Mito Sospeso by Occhio, towers above the dining table, providing a warm spot of light that enhances the table and chairs below. On the illuminated shelves against the wall, a curated collection of art objects and books is arranged, suggesting a lived-in and cosy ambience.

Curtains, custom-made for the client's needs, are of a soft, neutral-coloured fabric, while allowing natural light to filter gently into the room. The light parquet floor extends throughout the room, reinforcing the visual continuity and the feeling of open space. This living room represents a perfect balance of modern aesthetics, home comfort and integration with the outdoor landscape, emphasising the natural beauty of Lake Como.

A contemporary and elegant living room

The kitchen features dark-coloured doors that match the modernity of the space, while the light-coloured marble worktop and kitchen backsplash with integrated lighting add a note of warmth and sophistication.

The rectangular light wood dining table, surrounded by green fabric chairs, Devon by Molteni&C, offers a contrast of colours, reminiscent of the landscape tones of Lake Como. The circular pendant lamps, Mito Sospeso by Occhio, above the table not only illuminate the dining space but are also style statements, emphasising the contemporary atmosphere of the room. Through the window, the view of the lake continues to play a starring role, bringing the enchanting outdoors inside and creating a seamless connection between the home and the surrounding landscape.

Through the large sliding windows, one can enjoy an uninterrupted view of Lake Como and the mountains, which acts as a dynamic backdrop for the dining area. Neutral curtains can be drawn to create privacy without sacrificing natural light.

The kitchen, Intersection by Molteni&C, with custom-made elements made especially for the customer, features a central island with a Taj Mahal marble worktop, which reflects the natural light from the large windows, accentuating the spaciousness of the room. The doors provide an elegant contrast to the light-coloured top, while decorative objects placed on the island add a personal touch.

The chairs, Devon by Molteni&C, upholstered in green fabric are positioned around the wooden dining table, inviting moments of sharing and conviviality. Above, the lamps, Mito Sospeso by Occhio, with their contemporary design offer warm, focused lighting.

The spacious light-coloured marble island, Taj Mahal, dominates the scene, reflecting natural light and serving as a focal point for conviviality and meal preparation.

The faucet, Flex by Quooker, with its brushed stainless steel finish, is distinguished by its streamlined, modern shape, with details such as a knitted textured knob for a secure grip and a side handle that suggests advanced functionality, such as the immediate delivery of water at a temperature of 100 degrees.

The marble, Taj Mahal, known for its robustness and unique veining, adds a touch of natural elegance to the room. Modern doors complete this look with a smooth, understated finish, ensuring that the focus remains on the beauty of the marble

Light shades dominate the room, from floor to ceiling, creating a feeling of openness and brightness. Shelves on the wall, Self Bond by Rimadesio, provide space for decorative elements.

Design harmony is maintained by long, flowing curtains that frame the window, balancing privacy and natural light. There is a seamless transition to the bedroom, a sign of a well-thought-out house plan that flows naturally from one room to the next.

The bedroom conveys a sense of refinement. A double bed, Gaudí by Flou contributes to the relaxing atmosphere. The light parquet floor extends throughout the room, reinforcing the feeling of warmth with the rest of the house.

The use of a slatted separation between the sleeping area and another room suggests a division of space that is both modern and elegant.

Stripe by Rimadesio's clean design and dark wood tone give it a contemporary and sophisticated look, while the slender structure allows spaces to be separated while maintaining a sense of openness and luminous flow. This element is exemplary in the creation of environments that emphasise privacy without sacrificing visual and spatial continuity.

The fabric texture of the bed headboard, Gaudí by Flou, is soft and comfortable, suggesting high quality and comfort. The interplay between the texture of the fabric and the wood creates a warm and natural contrast, giving a sense of refinement and simplicity.
