An atmosphere envelops this elegantly designed villa, where lush greenery merges with the architecture. Nature creeps in and envelops the exterior walls, conferring a sense of harmony and peace. The geometric rigour of the pool contrasts with the softness of the garden, creating a fascinating visual dialogue. This outdoor corner, nestled among the hills, offers an idyllic retreat that celebrates the marriage of interior design and natural beauty.

Elegance in the green

The carefully manicured garden extends to a crystal-clear swimming pool, framed by natural stone paving. Waiting loungers offer a promise of relaxation in the silence of this paradisiacal corner. The classical architecture, with green shutters and white walls, is the perfect backdrop for this scenic retreat of elegance and comfort.

Nature meets design

The kitchen, lit by a glass attic that lets in natural light, is a perfect balance of modernity and natural elements. The kitchen island is made entirely to measure based on the customer's specific requirements. A vintage 'Lago Como' poster adds a sense of place and a touch of colour to the neutral room. The presence of natural elements such as exposed rock creates a unique connection with the outdoor environment, making this kitchen a space where design is in dialogue with the surrounding nature.

Natural materials

The kitchen is designed, enhancing the natural rock wall. The presence of plants and wood adds a touch of life and warmth, balancing the robustness of the rock with the elegance of contemporary design.

Brightness and contrasts

The kitchen opens with a lively interplay of light and material: natural light pours in from the glass attic, enhancing the surfaces and materials used. The elegance of the deep blue island contrasts with the black worktop and matches the tiled floor that echoes the blue in the ornamentation. Wall lamps add an industrial touch to the contemporary design, while the living rock wall brings a surprisingly natural element to the space. The adjacent dining room, visible through an opening in the wall, conveys a sense of conviviality.

A contemporary style

The white beams on the ceiling stand out against the rough texture of the walls, creating a pleasant visual contrast. A long solid wood table, accompanied by modern-designed chairs and an upholstered bench, provides an inviting convivial area. The large mirror reflects the light and greenery outside, visually expanding the space, while industrial wall lamps add a contemporary touch. The whole is a harmonious composition that celebrates both comfort and aesthetics.

A modern refuge

The living room captures the essence of chic minimalism with its neutral colour palette and strategic design accents. The presence of a stone fireplace adds a touch of tradition, while contemporary art and a geometric rug introduce visual dynamism. The large window floods the room with natural light, highlighting the elegant simplicity of the furniture that includes a black leather armchair and a glass and brass coffee table, creating a sophisticated and cosy ambience

Interweaving history and design

This cosy niche is a corner of quietness and reflection, with a sofa with simple lines adorned with cushions in shades of grey, inviting you to relax. The elegant wall lamp extends into the room, providing direct light for reading or ambient lighting. The floor, with its patterned tiles, adds an element of surprise and character, creating a harmonious contrast with the contemporary aesthetic of the furnishings. This space, with its balance of antique and modern, is an invitation to stop and enjoy a moment of serenity.

Light and matter

The dining room is a portrait of balance and light, with a round marble table as the centrepiece, accompanied by linear design chairs with fabric seats. Above the table, a modern pendant lamp curves into the space, providing focused light and a bold design accent. Large windows frame views of the outdoors and flood the room with light that caresses the wooden floor, highlighting its warm tone and texture. Enhanced by contemporary artwork, the room reflects a sophisticated simplicity that invites moments of conviviality in a serene and welcoming atmosphere.

Harmony between ancient and modern

Soft light filters through the window, creating a play of shadows and gently illuminating the classic-style armchair, which invites you to take a moment to rest. The rich fabric texture of the armchair matches the tiled floor, which adds a touch of liveliness with its traditional pattern. The simplicity of the black pouf is a counterpoint to the richness of the other elements, demonstrating how design can harmonise the antique and the modern in a space designed for comfort and style. This corner of the home reflects a sense of calm and an attention to detail that is both inviting and stylistically coherent.

A designer bedroom

This minimalist bedroom enhances elegance through its simplicity. The clean lines and the choice of a monochrome colour palette create a calm and restful atmosphere. Graphic elements such as the carpet with geometric Greek motifs and an automotive artwork add a touch of character and personality.
