B&B and Nooch. Nooch, the new modular seating system by Piero Lissoni for B&B Italia, represents an impeccable combination of research, design and sustainability in the outdoor sector. Featuring a tubular structure in recycled aluminium, light and robust, the armchair is inspired by the tropical botanical garden of Nong Nooch in Thailand. The elegant, detail-oriented design ennobles the elementary tubular structures, with an iconic elbow curve achieved by bending the tubulars at the point of intersection. The collection is distinguished by its sustainability, with upholstery made of regenerated materials that can be completely separated. Composed of two layers of polyurethane with different densities and lift, including recycled polyurethane from production waste and virgin bio-polyurethane, all wrapped in a recycled pet shell. A fusion of functionality and beauty that reflects a commitment to responsible and environmentally sustainable design.
